Delete Your Data

Exercise your privacy rights across Vista Konnect SaaS, Meta integrations, and AI tools.

End Users

  1. Revoke apps: Meta / Instagram / WhatsApp / Messenger Settings » Apps » Remove. Other services: OAuth revoke.
  2. Request deletion: email privacy@vistakonnect.com with ID/email verification.
  3. Confirmation: within 24 hours for connected apps. Deletion of full records: 30 days maximum.

SaaS Clients

  • Any request: email privacy@vistakonnect.com
  • Bulk requests: support@vistakonnect.com
  • Tenant admins, where the dashboard is available: Dashboard » Account » Data Export / Delete
  • Sub-processor data: via our Privacy Policy processors list
