Use of Services

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
2. You agree to use services only for lawful purposes.
3. You are responsible for any content you post through our services.

User Accounts

1. When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the services and for any activities or actions under your password.

Privacy

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

Meta Messaging Integrations (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger)

Clients authorize the app; consent is required per our policy and Meta Terms. Non-spam use only; "STOP" opt-out is honored. We assume no liability for third-party API issues.

SaaS Client Terms

Multi-tenant access with isolated data. Authorize processors via the privacy policy. Violations may terminate access. Revoke via platform settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
